ummmm Schuss is very complicated . I think it doesn't have in exam...plzzzz it's very hard..
....i'm worry about my exam so much...it's on 16 and 19 Oct 07..oh!!! coming!!!!

Choux cream lover!!
วันนี้อยู่บ้านเลยทำ ชูครีม ปาลีเบรส อร่อยมากๆ มีบีมาช่วยชิม ฮ่าๆๆ แล้วก็ทำชูครีมลูกเล็กๆใส่แยมราสเบอรี่ด้วย อร่อยสุดๆ น่ากินมั้ยๆจ๊ะ
Today I stay at home all day I make choux cream "Paris Brest" haha my sister is tester ^^ and then I make little choux cream I add rasberry jam too haha YUMMY wanna eat

Paris-Brest おいし！！＾＾
^^ วันนี้เรียน Chox Pastry ทำ ขนมชื่อ Paris-Brest ขั้นตอนการทำก็ค่อนข้างเยอะเลยทีเดียว แต่อร่อยมากๆเมนูนี้ ขอบอกกกก ฮ่าๆ มีรูปมาให้ดูกัน อะอะอะ วันนี้เป็นวันแรกที่เรียนแล้วพ่อขอชิมเพิ่มอีกชิ้น ฮ่าๆๆ พ่อบอกอร่อยมากๆๆๆ จริงเอ็มก็ว่าอร่อยมากเลย ฮ่าๆ
ตัวแป้งจะมีลักษณะกรอบนอกนุ่มใน แล้วไส้ครีมก็จะเนียนนุ่ม ไ ม่หวานมากจนเกินไ ป ควรกินตอนเย็นๆนะจะอร่อยมากๆเลย th is chox will
Today I studied about Chox Pastry I made Paris-Brest there are a lot of processes
but it's very very delicious really yummy!! haha
I have many photos today hahaha
It's the first time that my dad ask me to eat it more ^^

little crisps outside and soft inside and pastry cream is very soft ,smooth and it isn't sweet too much
it's good to eat when it's cold!! ^^

すごく大変だったけど、すごーく美味しかった！！
今日は、初めてお父さんが、もっとくれ！！ 美味しいよこれと言ってくれた。

cheese cake チーズケーキを作ったよ
วันนี้ไ ปสอนร้องเพลงที่โรงเรียนยุคลธรเช่นเคย แล้วก็กลับบ้าน พอถึงบ้านก็เห็นแม่กับบีทำขนมปังโฮลวีทกันอยู่ บีบอกว่าใส่นมเยอะเกินไ ป ไ ม่รู้ว่าจะออกมาเป็นยังงัย ฮ่าๆ ก็เอาไ ป อบ สรุปว่าก็กินได้นะแต่เนื้อขนมปังนิ่มมากๆ แบบว่าไ ม่ต้องเคี้ยวเลยเป็นฟองน้ำเลยว่างั้นฮ่าๆ ก็พอทำเสร็จก็คิดๆว่าอยากทำชีสเค้ก ก็เปิดหนังสือดูๆเล่ม ชีสเค้ก ซาจิโกะ มูราคามิ เล่มนี้ใช้ได้เลยทีเดียว หุหุ ก็ทำ rare cheese cake
แต่พอดูส่วนผสมแล้วมันไ ม่ครบเลยต้องออกไ ปซื้อ ไ ปวิลล่า ตรงเจอเวนิวทองหล่อ เหอะๆ แล้วก็กลับบ้านมาทำ เป็นครั้งแรกที่ทำเลยนะ ฮ่าๆ หน้าตาอาจจะธรรมดาเพราะว่าสูตรนี้เป็นขั้นพื้นฐานไว้เก่งๆจะทำให้น่ากินกว่านี้นะ แต่อันนี้ขอบอกว่าอร่อยมากๆ เนื้อชีสเค้กนุ่มหนึบๆเลย อร่อยๆ แต่ตรงโอรีโอไ ม่ค่อยเวิร์คอ่า มันขมไ ป (พอดีซื้อแบบสำเร็จรูปมาแหะแหะ) เอารูปมาให้ดูกันเช่นเคย ฮ่าๆ
วันไหนไ ม่ได้ทำเค้กแล้วรู้สึกเหมือนขาดอะไรไ ป อย่างไงไ ม่รู้ รู้สึกผิด ฮ่าๆ จริงๆนะเนี่ย!!
I go teach ing singing today and then go back home
My mom and my sister make wholewheat bread
my sister tell me she add too much milk in th is flour
she make a mistake haha
It can eat but it's just very soft
I think it's too much soft like spong when finish baking this wholewheat bread ,
I think about what I want to do next I choose rare cheese cake
it come from Cheese Cake Murakami Sachiko book
but I have to go to Thonglor Villa supermaket for buy the ingredient and then make it haha
it's the first time that i make cheese cake its loo ks soso because th is recipe is basic rare cheese cake haha
If i'm good at making it ,I make it more beautiful than this
Anyway, th is cheese cake is very delicious ^^ haha
cheese cake is quite firm and soft little sour !!
i think the oreo crackers is quite bitter haha
it's processed ^^ O K!! next time I will make it by myself haha
when I didn't make a bakery, i feel upset hahaha I don't know
why i feel like that ? but it's truth!!
今日は、歌を子供たちに教えに行って家に帰ったら
お母さんと姉がパンを作っていた
なんか、小麦粉と牛乳の分量を間違えたみたい！！
出来上がりは、すごくやわらかくて、まー食べれるかなという感じ
そして、チーズケーキを私がつくることに。。。
Murakami Sachikoさんが出しているお菓子の本 （タイ語であるんだよ）
をみながら作りました。
足りない物をかいたしにトンローのスーパーまで行き早速、チーズケーキ作り
作ってはみたけど、見た目はまぁーまぁーかな？？
次回はもっとうまく作ろう！！
でも味は最高に美味しかったよ 甘みも酸味もGOOD！！
今回はオレオを下地に使ったので、ちょっとbitterな感じだった。
次回は、下地にも挑戦しよう！！

mini fruit cake again!! またまたミニケーキ
เย่วๆ วันนี้ก็ออกไ ป ซีคอนมาไ ปคุยงานกะครู เป็ดมา ฮ่าๆเดินค น เดียวช้อปเพลินอีกแล้วได้เสื้อมาตัวนึงเลย ฮ่าๆๆ แต่วันนี้ก็กลับมาทำฟรุ๊ตเค้กต่อเพราะว่าไ ม่ พอแจกเพื่อนๆ ธรรมศาสตร์รับปริญญากันตั้ง11ค น แหนะ มากมายจริงๆ ก็ทำเพิ่มอีกแปดอันอ่ะ มีรูปมาให้ดูกันอีกเช่นเคย แหะ ๆ น่ากินมั้ยๆ ฮ่าๆๆ
yeah yeah ! today I go to confrence with kru Ped about my illustration job at Secon Square haha
And then I go shopping alone again haha I buy one shirt ^^
Then go back home, My sister and I make fruit cake again because we want to give all of our friends
We have 11 friends in Thammasart University yesterday it's not enough we make it more about 8 pieces

mini fruit cake ミニフルーツケーキ
วันนี้ก็ไ ป ถ่ายรูปให้อาจารย์มาล่ะ ที่ม เกษมบัณฑิต พอเสดแล้วก็ไ ป วิลล่า ซื้อของทำขนมให้เพื่อนๆรับปริญญา ก็คิดๆกะบีว่าจะทำไรดี ก็เลยเอาเป็นว่าฟรุตเค้กละกัน ฮ่าๆ
อันนี้เป็นขนาดเล็กนะ ก็วางองุ่นจิ๋วลูกเกดและแอปปริคอทไว้ข้างหน้าตกแต่งสวยงาม ฮ่าๆ อยากกินมั้ยล่ะ
